On new years, we visited Nara , where we saw lots of deer at Nara park, and one of the biggest Buddha’s in Japan. The deer at Nara park are friendly, and they will bow to you.

In a wood pillar, there is a hole that they say is as big as the Buddha’s nostril, in the giant statue. (4 rows of images above) If you can pass through it, you reach enlightenment.

The bullet train is a very fast train, used to travel between long distances in Japan. The stations are also big and crowded, with lots of options for food.
