Furano was the skiing town that we stayed in for 3 days of our trip. The skiing was excellent, and there lots of fresh powder, every day. A lot of the food there was good too, and we even saw a lot of tourists who only came to Japan for skiing!

On our trip to Hokkaido we stopped in Sapporo on the first and last day. It was amazing to see all the snow. We also timed our visit right so we saw the snow festival. The snow sculptures there were amazing.

*We found a snow sculpture maker in the shape of Kuromi, a popular Sanrio character. We had lots of fun putting them up all around the city.
