On a free weekend we went back to Shibuya, and also explored the neighborhood of Shinjuku above

On January 18th, we spent a whole day watching sumo wrestling. It was a interesting religious sport. We found the rules and techniques fascinating. The old traditions still exist today. Also, the chanko, a filling soup served in the basement was delicious (shown below)
